Studio Policies
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. This deposit secures your appointment time and will be applied toward your final service total. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48' hours notice. Requests made with less than 48' hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
No Call / No Show
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without proper notice will forfeit their deposit and will no longer be eligible to book future appointments at Vault Ink Studio.
Late Arrival Policy
Due to the amount of time required for each service and out of respect for all scheduled clients, a 5- minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.
Arrivals exceeding 5 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will be considered a no call / no show, the appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to schedule a future appointment.
Guest Policy
To maintain a calm, focused, and sanitary environment, additional guests are not permitted inside the studio during appointments. Only the scheduled client may attend the appointment.

Please arrive on time and prepared for your appointment. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, and adequate time is scheduled to ensure the highest quality service and attention to detail.
By booking an appointment with Vault Ink Studio, clients acknowledge and agree to all studio policies as stated above.
